Small scale or whole home, our remodels are done in a seamless fashion.

The client determines what they need to accomplish in their remodel project as well as the budget, while we do all of the heavy lifting of execution. At our initial meeting we will review the plan with the client, as far as specifications and budget. Then, we will inspect the potential remodel area to offer practical suggestions based on our wide arrange of experiences. Once plans are drafted and all specifications are agreed upon we can then push forward to a final plan.

The beauty of working with Magnolia Custom Homes is that we are company and builders that you can trust. Once the plan is created we work endlessly to execute it to perfection for our clients. From site review to demolition, and from construction to the final project clean up our aim is always to make our clients the happiest they can possibly be on move in day.
